Barbara Eden is an American film, stage and television actress and singer, best known for her starring role of "Jeannie" in the popular 1965-70 NBC-TV sitcom series "I Dream of Jeannie". She was nominated twice for Golden Globe Awards for "I Dream Of Jeannie" and was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Barbara also had recurring roles in the TV series, "How to Marry a Millionaire", NBC-TV's "Harper Valley PTA", "A Brand New Life", the CBS-TV nighttime soap opera series "Dallas", where she appeared opposite former "I Dream Of Jeannie" co-star Larry Hagman and ABC-TV's "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. Her film appearances include a notable role in the 1957 film "Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?" with Tony Randall, Jayne Mansfield, Joan Blondell and Betsy Drake, "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", "The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm", "7 Faces of Dr. Lao", "The New Interns", the "Harper Valley PTA" film (which inspired the NBC-TV series, which she also starred in) and in a cameo as Jeannie in A Very Brady Sequel".
