She formerly identified as lesbian. She previously dated Swiss national teammate Ramona Bachmann. Although they were believed to have split in 2022, as of June 2024, Lehmann is in a relationship with Brazilian footballer (soccer football player) Douglas Luiz (Juventus). Alisha and Douglas were previously in a relationship from 2021 to 2022 but after they split up, they got reunited two years later. In 2019, Lehmann was featured in the BBC Three series Britain's Youngest Football Boss with her then girlfriend Ramona.
